We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on UNWORN, UN-ENGRAVED, UNALTERED items within 30 days of the ship date. You can send your order properly packaged (i.e. bubble mailer,please no letter envelopes) back to

  • Please be sure to include your original invoice, along with a note stating the reason for the return as well as how you would like to proceed.
  • Please note The products Source will not be responsible for any merchandise returned in an un-padded envelope or otherwise inadequately packaged.
  • Please note that if there is a price difference between the styles or sizes you are wanting to exchange, you will be charged accordingly.
  • For products that are past the 30 day grace period please contact us and depending on the circumstances we are more than happy to work with you.
