At Apnaalliance Marketing Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to providing quality products and transparent services in accordance with the applicable laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Direct Selling Guidelines applicable in India.

This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms and conditions related to return, replacement, cancellation, refund, and exchange of products purchased through our company website, authorized distributors, or direct selling network.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Customers may request a return, replacement, or refund for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • The product is returned with original packaging, invoice, tags, labels, and accessories.
  • The return request is raised within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product received is:
    • damaged,
    • defective,
    • expired,
    • incorrect,
    • or materially different from the ordered product.

The company reserves the right to inspect the returned product before approving refund or replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Products

The following products shall not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products caused by customer misuse.
  • Products without original invoice or packaging.
  • Personalized, customized, or altered items.
  • Products purchased during special promotional clearance offers unless defective.
  • Products returned after the applicable return period without valid reason.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified by the company:

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited through the original payment method, bank transfer, UPI, or company-approved payment mode.
  • Shipping or courier charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to company error or defective product.

4. Exchange Policy

Customers may request product exchange subject to stock availability.

If there is any price difference between exchanged products, the customer shall pay the balance amount or receive adjustment accordingly.

Exchange requests must be made within the eligible return period.

5. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any cancellation charges.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the return policy shall apply.

Cancellation by Company

The company reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • incorrect pricing,
  • product unavailability,
  • suspicious transactions,
  • incomplete payment,
  • violation of company policies or legal guidelines.

In such cases, full refund shall be provided to the customer.

6. Return Procedure

To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact the company support team with:

  • Order ID / Invoice Number
  • Customer Name & Contact Details
  • Reason for Return
  • Product Photos (if damaged or defective)

Products should be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Important:
The company shall not be responsible for products damaged during return transit due to improper or inadequate packaging.

7. Direct Selling Compliance
